Pricing model

Shaba Track sells permanent pixel blocks on a 1000 × 1000 grid. Pricing is simple and transparent:

The price is based entirely on the dimensions you choose. For example, a 25 × 25 block contains 625 pixels and costs $625. A 50 × 50 block contains 2,500 pixels and costs $2,500.

How pricing works during checkout

1. Select your block: Drag on the grid to choose any rectangle of 10 × 10 pixels or larger. The width and height must be in whole 10-pixel increments.
2. See the live price: As you resize your selection, the price updates instantly based on the number of pixels inside it.
3. Enter company details: Add your company name, tagline, website URL, and logo. These become the content of your listing.
4. Pixels are held: Once you continue to checkout, your selected block is reserved for 15 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the reservation expires and the pixels are released back to the grid.
5. Payment: Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe adds applicable taxes, VAT, and any processing fees based on your location.
6. Go live: After payment confirmation, your block is rendered on the grid within moments.

What is included

Each purchased block includes the following:

• A permanent rectangular space on the grid at the coordinates you selected.
• Your logo displayed inside the block.
• Your company name and tagline visible on hover.
• A clickable link to your website that opens in a new tab.
• A listing in the Shaba Track directory.

What is not included

The purchase does not include:

• Any guarantee of traffic, clicks, leads, or revenue.
• Any ability to edit or move the block after purchase.
• Priority placement, animation, or special visual treatment.
• Refunds for any reason (see below).

Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Because each pixel block is reserved and rendered immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Typos or incorrect information submitted during checkout.
• Dissatisfaction with the size, placement, or appearance of the block.
• Claims that the listing did not generate traffic, clicks, or business results.
• Closure, rebranding, or discontinuation of your company or product.

Please double-check your selection, logo, company name, tagline, and website URL before completing payment. Listings are permanent and cannot be edited once live.

Exceptions

The only circumstance in which we may reverse a transaction is if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your listing was rejected before going live due to ineligibility, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, any refund would be issued at our discretion and processed through Stripe.

Taxes and fees

Stripe is the merchant of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes and VAT based on your billing location. The final checkout price may include taxes or fees that are added on top of the pixel price.
